Trinity United Methodist Church sponsors Home for the Holidaze




Let music get you into the holiday spirit. Home for the Holidaze, sponsored by Trinity United Methodist Church in Southport, is a musical extravaganza. Benefiting Brunswick Partnership for Housing (BPH), it will be held in Trinity’s Murrow Hall on Saturday, December 4, at 3:00 p.m. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. In addition, a live broadcast can be seen at http://www.southporttrinityumc.online.church.


Home for the Holidaze will feature three singing groups including: The Dames of St. James, The Seaside Singers, and Bellas of Brunswick High School. Instrumental music will be provided by the Trinity Hand Bell Choir and an instrumental group under the direction of Bob Marks, music director at Trinity.


Admission is free. However, to manage room capacity limits, attendees will need to register. They can do this by calling 703-851-5944. Attendees may also purchase the CD, A Christmas Reunion, performed the group A Class Act. While new to the area, A Class Act has performed professionally for years. The CD was kindly donated, and a portion of the sale will be given to BPH.


In addition, cash or check donations to BPH will be collected at the concert with checks payable to Brunswick Partnership for Housing or BPH. Credit card donations may be made online http://www.brunswickpartnership.org


Established in 2019, Brunswick Partnership for Housing is the only nonprofit organization in Brunswick County addressing the need for transitional housing for homeless families and advocating for affordable housing.
